About Me


I went to culinary school, so you don’t have to.  By day you’ll find me working in eLearning marketing and development, and by night I’m either burnishing my culinary credentials in the school kitchen or combining the two (eLearning design and culinary expertise, that is) to share my cooking school education with you in short lessons.

  3. Cooked tamales in the past in Mexico and California with the Mexican side of our family. Going to try this year with your recipes for guidance, and three or more kinds of tamales… vegan, chicken, and pork. Wish me luck!
